Keenagers Senior Adult Fellowship

Description: The dictionary defines "keen" as "having or showing an ability to think clearly and to understand what is not obvious or simple about something," plus it rhymes with "teenager"!  So Keenagers is the perfect name for our senior adult fellowship.  We meet for lunch, fellowship and sometimes a program.  We may take a day trip to Yoder's Market in Yanceyville, visit the fruitcake factory in Bear Creek, NC, visit the Billy Graham Museum in Charlotte, tour Duke Gardens in Durham, have a picnic in the Arboretum or join Centenary UMC's Friendship Day.  Whatever we do, we maintain close relationships with one another.

Reconciling Ministries
When/Where:
Sundays at 10:00 am, Fellowship Class.
Description: The Fellowship Class of IPUMC welcomes and affirms people of every race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical and mental ability, economic and educational status.  We believe that all persons should be able to participate in every phase of church life and that no one should be held incompatible with Christian teaching because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.  We celebrate diversity and believe that God's unconditional love extends to all people, no exceptions.  We strive to live up to Jesus' teachings to love our neighbor as ourselves.  As such, we welcome all who wish to become part of our faith community.
