
Pastor: Patrick T. Snow
Rev. Snow grew up in Kernersville, NC where he graduated from East Forsyth High School in 1982. He then attended UNC-Chapel Hill where he majored in Psychology and Exercise Physiology. After graduating from there in 1986 he worked in the family business, Corder's Men's Clothing. While working there he felt a deepening desire to pursue ministry. He began attending Hood Theological Seminary and received his Master of Divinity in 2005. His first appointment was as Associate Pastor at Bunker Hill UMC in Kernersville, NC. He moved from there to become Pastor of Friendship UMC in Lexington, NC and then went on to become Pastor of Advance UMC in Advance, NC. He has two grown daughters, Natalie and Ellen.

Children's Ministry Coordinator and Office Administrator: Sondra Harahan
Sondra grew up in Reston, VA where she was a member of United Christian Parish. After high school she began college at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va. After two years she felt a desire to pursue a degree in education so in 1988 she transferred to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. There she earned her B.S. degree, graduating cum laude, in Elementary Education. She has taught at the preschool, kindergarten, and 2nd grade levels in Guilford County. She has four children, ages 11-28, three girls and a boy. She became a member of Irving Park United Methodist Church in 2010, began working in the nursery in 2011, then as Children's Ministry Coordinator in 2013, and added on office administrator in early 2017. Her faith has made her path clear and it is her mission to teach children the joy that comes from having a relationship with Jesus Christ in a fun and loving environment. |

Youth and Senior Adult Coordinator: Celia B. Kiser
Celia joined Irving Park United Methodist Church in May of 1988 along with her husband, Mike. Celia was born and raised in Greensboro, attended Rehobeth United Methodist Church, graduated from Southeast Guilford High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Durham, NC and later for Physicians Health Plan of NC (now United Healthcare of NC) in Greensboro. She was self-employed in the insurance field for several years as she transitioned into being a volunteer in church activities, Senior Wheels and the Mental Health Association of Greensboro. She officially joined IPUMC’s staff as the part-time coordinator of Senior Adult activities in 2006 and added the part-time Youth Coordinator position in 2012. In September of 2013 Celia’s duties expanded to include some time in the church office on Mondays and Tuesdays.
